Welcome to quicklister.com User Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services at http://www.quicklister.com/ and our general principles. 

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 7 days after they are initially posted on our site. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing by quicklister.com. This agreement is effective beginning February 7, 2002. 

1. User Eligibility.
   Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended quicklister.com users. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Further, your quicklister user access cannot (including all businesses that our systems help you to build) and User Id may not be transferred or sold to another party without written consent from quicklister.com.

Your Information.

1.2 Definition. "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in the registration, building a business process, in any public message area (including the forums) or through any email feature. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

1.3 Restrictions. Your Information (provided to quicklister.com): (a) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading; all information must be logged in accurately for the system to work. We take no responsibility for the failure of your business due to inaccurate information  logged in error. All your information is secured in the highest regard of privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for more info. (b) At no point will users run multiple ad listings on any such mediums that we are using to help build your businesses, it is selfish and will only hurt your business and everyone else in the process, immediate termination of your user account may result if we find this is happening.

1.4 Terms for Termination of User Status. "Your user account" is defined as any and all access to this site (quicklister.com) including forums and all information collected on your business, including your group information, all ad templates, titles & systems that originated from this site or submitted by you to quicklister.com. We have the right to terminate an account without warning or written notice.

1.5 Reasons for Termination of User Status. (a) Spamming, (Unsolicited Commercial Mail) that is linked back directly to quicklister.com or partnering companies "you don't need to spam so why do it" (b) contacting other users to offer them a conflicting business opportunity is cause for immediate termination once you are reported (arbitrations will be provided via conference call for suspected false reports).  If we find that you did contact another member and offer them co-ops, new business ventures or anything of that nature your user account will be terminated; (c) Attempts to recruit other users and/or their organization is terms for termination; (d) Additional services of any kind offered to another user even as a free service to help his/her business grow is terms for termination. (e) giving out your personal password or temp password to quicklister.com is restricted, you are not to give your password to potential new sales for any reason what so ever, this site is by invitation only!!

1.6 Final Note. This industry works because of bringing people together not taking them apart, we are totally dedicated to your success and by sticking to our policies that we have outlined here, we feel that we will be protecting your businesses that we all worked so hard to build from people with selfish intentions...
